Returns and Refunds

Any items purchased must be returned within 7-days from delivery/collection to qualify for a full refund. Items returned after the 7-day period but within 14-day period will be allocated a store credit note valid for 6 months. Items outside the 14-day return period with not be accepted for a return.

 

Items returned must be in their original condition, no damaged/worn items will be legible for a return. Items must have their original store tags on to qualify for a return. Please contact us on info@thestorer.co or 071 358 7220 to discuss the reasons for your return.  

 

Please note that the client will be responsible for the return delivery fee, on all items purchased online, through ecommerce.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery of all items purchased online will be between 5-7 working days. The Storer will not accept liability for delays in delivery as a result of national strikes, load shedding or any similar occurrences that are outside of our control.

We pride ourselves on working with artisans and crafters, all our product is handmade. Variances and imperfections are part of the handmade appeal of our product making each piece bespoke of nature.
