Cactus Silk is derived from a plant grown in the Saharan Desert. The fabric is hand-loomed in Morocco and these cushions are hand-crafted by Berber women in local villages. Each piece is individually decorated with Berber symbols. Minor inconsistencies generated by handmade production methods render each item unique, making every thread a connection to it’s creator.

Returns and Refunds

Any items purchased must be returned within 7-days from delivery/collection to qualify for a full refund. Items returned after the 7-day period but within 14-day period will be allocated a store credit note valid for 6 months. Items outside the 14-day return period with not be accepted for a return.

Items returned must be in their original condition, no damaged/worn items will be legible for a return. Items must have their original store tags on to qualify for a return. Please contact us on info@thestorer.co or 071 358 7220 to discuss the reasons for your return.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery of all items purchased online will be between 5-7 working days. The Storer will not accept liability for delays in delivery as a result of national strikes, load shedding or any similar occurrences that are outside of our control.
