All our ceramics are handcrafted in our studio using natural materials, including clay sourced from riverbeds. This artisanal process ensures that each piece is unique, with subtle variations in shape, size, and finish that reflect the individuality and charm of handmade items.

Returns and Refunds
Any items purchased must be returned within 7-days from delivery/collection to qualify for a full refund. Items returned after the 7-day period but within 14-day period will be allocated a store credit note valid for 6 months. Items outside the 14-day return period with not be accepted for a return.
Items returned must be in their original condition, no damaged/worn items will be legible for a return. Items must have their original store tags on to qualify for a return. Please contact us on info@thestorer.co or 071 358 7220 to discuss the reasons for your return.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery of all items purchased online will be between 5-7 working days. The Storer will not accept liability for delays in delivery as a result of national strikes, load shedding or any similar occurrences that are outside of our control.
